"I picked up the Resistance Surf Trainer Kit and used it in the small pond down the street from my house.
I would hold paddles: 50% for 2min, 75% for 2min and then hold 100% for 1 min. Rest. Then repeat 4 or 5 times. It was the best 20-25min workout of my life."
